It is said that when one physical human sense is absent or removed, others are more fully developed and more acutely sensitive. Such is the case with Rita Quigley's heightened sense of sight and vision she captures in her professional photography and invites us all to share in her vision. Although Rita was born deaf and thus denied auditory participation in typical livelihood, she overcame that barrier by developing her sense of vision into pictures she captures with photography. She has become a truly accomplished photographer and artist.
